Rajma salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boiled Rajma
  • 1 Onion , chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Chat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp. Pepper Powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

Rajma salad

Time: 15 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. 1.Cook Rajma in cooker with water till 2-3 whistles.
  2. 2.-Chop the onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves.
  3. 3.Add all ingredients in a bowl with all spices and toss well.
