Ingredients

• 8 ounces dried kidney beans
• 3 TBSP ghee
• 3 roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
• 1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
• 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, roughly chopped
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• salt & pepper
• 2 TBSP heavy cream
• RICE:
• 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
• cups water
