Ingredients

2 lb Antarctic Queen fillets
2 Tbsp. Melted margarine
1 tsp Lemon pepper

2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Parmesan
2 Tbsp. Finely minced green onion

Directions

In a buttered baking dish, arrange fillets in a single layer. Brush wIth margarine & sprinkle with lemon pepper. In bowl mix mayonnaise, cheese & green onion. Spread proportionately over fish. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
