Directions

  1. cut spareribs down to 2 inch pieces
  2. in large saucepot combine ribs, garlic, ginger, and salt.
  3. add water to cover ribs, bring to boil and then lower heat
  4. simmer ribs 1 to 1 1/2 hours
  5. drain
  6. combine remaining ingredients and marinate ribs overnight in refrigerator
