- 1 c. Brown Sugar
- Egg Beaters. 99% Egg
- Substitute -- for 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cloves, Grnd
- 3 c. Oatmeal
- 1 c. Raisins

Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies
Servings: 12
Directions
- Throughly mix pumpkin and brown sugar; then beat in egg substitute.
- Gradually fold in flour, soda, and spices, then fold in oatmeal and raisins.
- Drop by spoonfuls on non-stick or possibly oil-sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at 350 deg. F for 10 - 20 minutes.
