- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 6 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/3 Cup Skim Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Allspice

Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins
Time: 10 minutes prep, 25 minutes cook
Servings: 12 Muffins
Directions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Fold in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mixture will be kind of soupie but that's okay. Line a muffin try with cupcake sleeves (highly recommend). Bake at 375 for 18-25 minutes. .
