Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

- 4 x Large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. canola oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 sm can pumpkin, about 15 ounce.
- 1 x (12-ounce.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini-size preferred
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat Large eggs and sugar. Fold in rest of the ingredients. Spray muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each section 3/4 full. Bake in pre heated oven approximately 20 min or possibly till lightly browned.
