Ingredients

• Pulled Pork Pasta Sauce
• 1 1/2 lb pork loin roast
• 1 medium carrot, chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 rib celery, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbs olive oil
• 2 cups chopped tomatoes with juice
• 1 1/2 cup red wine
• 1/2 cup beef stock
• 3 tbs tomato paste
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tbs sage
• 1 tbs Worcestershire
• 1 tbs juniper berries plus 1 tsp black peppercorns in little bag
• wide noodles
• 1 cup tomato sauce - optional
• 2 cups pulled pork sauce
• 2 cups tomato sauce
