Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Potato, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups of Tomato, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups of Onion, cut into small pieces
  • 2 or 3 Green Chilies, cut into small pieces
  • A pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • A small Ginger Piece, peeled and cut into tiny pieces
  • (optional)
  • Salt as needed
  • For Seasoning/Tempering:
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Black Gram
  • ½ tsp Bengal Gram
