Potato Pomegranate (Aloo Anar)Raita:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1-2 teaspoon chat masala
  • sugar powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chilli chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Mint chopped
  • 1 cup Potatoes boiled, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils

Potato Pomegranate (Aloo Anar)Raita:

Time: 20 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook
Servings: 4 bowls
 

Directions

  2. Whisk the thick yoghurt with milk until smooth and creamy. Add more milk to adjust the consistency of yoghurt if required.
  3. Add all the ingredients to make raita in the curd and mix well.
  4. Mix them all well and garnish with pomegranate and chopped yoghurt.
  5. Chill the raita for half an hour and serve.
