- 1 1/8 c. water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 3 c. bread flour
- 1/2 c. mashed potato flakes
- 3 Tbsp. dry onions
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 5/8 tsp yeast

Directions
- Make 1 1/2-lb. recipe for bread machines which use 3 c. flour, or possibly make 1-lb. recipe for bread machines which use 2 c. flour.
- Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
- Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light crust color. Don't use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on wire rack.
