Potato Banana Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 c. mashed ripe banana
- 1/4 c. potato flakes
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp. orange peel
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. oil
Directions
- Combine all cake ingredients at low speed till moistened. Beat 2 min at highest speed. Pour batter into prepared pan; 13 x 9 inch greased and floured. Bake 35 min at 350 degrees.
