Directions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Add in onion and saute 2 to 3 min. Drain.
  3. Cook potatoes in 1 c. water for 10 to 15 min.
  4. Stir in soup, lowfat sour cream, bacon and onions.
  5. Add in lowfat milk gradually, stirring constantly.
  6. Add in salt and pepper.
  7. Heat to until warm through before serving.
