Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce.) box Post Raisin Bran
- 1 c. oil
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- 5 teaspoon soda
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 5 c. all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

Post Raisin Bran Muffins

Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in large pan. Add in Large eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator; use as needed within 6 weeks. Fill muffin pan 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min.
