Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 pc onion, sliced
  • 200 grams of ground port
  • 3/4 cup or pineapple tidbits (Del Monte preferrably), drain then set syrup aside
  • 1 medium sized potato, sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of raisins
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of water
  • salt, sugar, and pepper

Directions

  1. Saute garlic, onion, pork and 1/2 tsp of soy sauce for 3 minutes.
  2. Add pineapple syrup, 1 - 1/2 tbsp of water, potato, carrots, and raisins.
  3. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper to taste.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add pineapplie tidbits then cook for another 3 minutes.
