- 1 pound lean pork cubes, cooked till tender with juice
- 2 c. sauerkraut, undrained
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. applesauce
- 1 pound cooked potato cubes (3-4 med.)
Directions
- Stir together and bake at 350 degrees till heated through. 4-5 servings.
