This juice combination is so tasty and refreshing. A great everyday drink or for parties.

Prep time: United States American
  Servings: 6 drinks

Goes Well With: vodka, rum, gin

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes or pomegranate ice cubes (*see my variation note)
  • 12 fl. oz. pomegranate juice
  • 12 fl. oz. cranberry juice
  • 4 fl. oz. fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • 4 fl. oz. fresh lime juice
  • 12 fl. oz. sparkling water
  • 8 fresh mint leaves, finely shredded

Directions

  1. Fill a pitcher half full with the ice cubes. Add the pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, lemon & lime juices, the sparkling water, and the shredded mint leaves. Stir until well blended.
  2. Fill 6 tall glasses with ice. Pour the mixture into the glasses and serve. (Tip: Try letting the prepared drink sit a bit to let the flavors meld, then strain to remove the mint leaves.)
  3. VARIATION: To make this an Adults Only drink, add vodka, rum or gin (I've used regular & flavored vodkas like citrus, raspberry, etc.). I also like to jazz up the ice cubes by placing lemon zest & pomegranate seeds in each section of the ice cube trays, then fill them with water (or cranberry juice) and freeze until solid.
