Pomegranate Frost
Time: 5 minutes prep
Servings: 6 drinks
Directions
- Fill a pitcher half full with the ice cubes. Add the pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, lemon & lime juices, the sparkling water, and the shredded mint leaves. Stir until well blended.
- Fill 6 tall glasses with ice. Pour the mixture into the glasses and serve. (Tip: Try letting the prepared drink sit a bit to let the flavors meld, then strain to remove the mint leaves.)
- VARIATION: To make this an Adults Only drink, add vodka, rum or gin (I've used regular & flavored vodkas like citrus, raspberry, etc.). I also like to jazz up the ice cubes by placing lemon zest & pomegranate seeds in each section of the ice cube trays, then fill them with water (or cranberry juice) and freeze until solid.
