  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp Grnd pepper, coarsely
  •     Grnd
  • 1 tsp Trader Joe's Crushed Ginger

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put in an airtight container. Baste poultry while baking at 375 degrees for one hour.
  2. Can be made in larger quantities and stored in refer till ready for use.
