- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 2/3 c. light cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Polish Cottage Cheese Pie
Servings: 6
Directions
- Put cheese through sieve. Beat yolks, add in cream, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Add in cheese and stir well to blend. Mix in beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dust with cinnamon. Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees 45 min.
