- 400 ml water

- 250g cow cream cheese

- 2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions
- 1.Put water to boil and boil the corn flour.Chill well.
- 2.Mix the cream cheese with sour cream ,and,then,mix a half with chopped onion,and another half with chopped parsley.
- 3.Pour salt and pepper.
- 4.In smeared bowl,put a stray of polenta,a stray of cheese with onion,a stray with polenta,a stray with cheese with parsley.
- 5.Must finish with polenta.
- 6.Put in the fridge.
- 7.Serve it in a big plate with cherry tomatoes,fresh parley,mustard topping.
