    No milk is used. Do not drain the pineapple. Sprinkle the pudding over the pineapple and its juice to dissolve the pudding. Then blend the rest of the ingredients, carefully folding in the Cool Whip as the last add to keep it fluffy. Refrigerate several hours or overnight for flavors to blend. (I use tidbit pineapple instead of the chunky and sprinkle some extra mini marshmallows and marichino cherries over the top for appearance.)

      No milk, this is actually vegan and quite yummmy. Yes, leave the juice in the pineapple, that is what helps it mix with the pudding without milk. It really is good. I had it without the nuts or coconut and it was good, too. You can use various types and just play with it (flavor wise). Very VERY good! :-) And vegan to boot! Pudding is vegan unless you make it with milk.
