Pink Pickled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce.) can beets
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 to 2 inch stick cinnamon
  • 1 doz. hard cooked Large eggs, peeled

Pink Pickled Eggs

Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Drain and measure 1 c. juice. Add in sufficient water to make a c.. Add in the vinegar, sugar, salt and spices. Bring to a boil. Place Large eggs in large jar, pour warm liquid over Large eggs. Cover; let stand 24 hrs so flavor penetrates Large eggs.
