Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced small
  • 1 cup mango, diced small
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced small
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp dried cilantro
  • 3 tbsp orange juice

Pineapple Mango Salsa

Time: 4 hours prep
Servings: 2 Cups
 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a bowl with a lid. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight flipping the bowl every few hours to ensure all fruit is covered. Serve as a side with Caribbean Grilled Chicken.
