Pineapple Filled Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix ingredients together and roll out. Cut cookies. Place filling on cookie and put a cookie on top and bake.
