Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4
  • cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • Sift
  • together sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and
  • nutmeg. Combine egg, sour cream,
  • pineapple and brown sugar; add to dry ingredients, stirring only until flour is
