- 1 can Pineapple tidbits, 2
- 2 pkt Instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce Cold whip Lite
- 1 x Angel food cake, cubed

Pineapple Angel Food Trifle

Directions
- Drain pineapple tidbits, reserving 1 c. juice; set aside. Combine instant pudding mix, 1/2 c. reserved juice, and lowfat milk in a large mixing bowl; beat at a low speed with an electric mixer 2 min or possibly till thickened. Mix in lowfat sour cream and pineapple tidbits.
- Place 1/3 of cake cubes in bottom of a 16 c. glass bowl.drizzle with 2 to 3 Tbsp. remaining reserved pineapple juice. At this point I also drizzle a generous plenty of rum. Spoon 1/3 of the pudding mix over cake. Repeat procedure twice, ending with pudding mix. Cover and refrigerateat least 3 hrs. Just before serving, spread top with whipped topping.
- Garnish, if you like with mint leaves and pineapple slices.
