Ingredients

  • 3 c. peeled fresh pineapple in 1/2" cubes
  • 1/2 c. Malibu (coconut) rum
  • 1/2 c. well-stirred canned cream of coconut

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth, then force through a fine sieve into a large glass measuring c.. Pour liquid into molds and add in sticks. Freeze at least 24 hrs.
  2. This recipe yields 8 ice pops.
