Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs with Bacon Recipe

Ingredients

• 3/4 pound extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 ounces goat cheese
• 2 ounces cream cheese
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise, plus 2 tablespoons
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon grated onion
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp sugar
• 1 tablespoon chopped chives
• Tabasco sauce to taste
• 1 4-ounce jar diced pimento peppers, drained
• 12 large eggs
• 3 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
• Chives (for garnish)Instructions
