Ingredients
- 1 Tomato
- 1 small Onion
- 1-2 Jalapeno Chilis depending on preference
- a good pinch of Sea Salt
- 3/4 cup Cilantro/Coriander leaves(I use the stems too)
- 1/4 cup of Lime or Lemon juice( more or less depending on taste)

Pico De Gallo
Time: 5 minutes prep
Servings: 1 bowl
Directions
- Remove seeds and white membrane from inside chilis. You can also just remove the tops and use the whole chili (wow thats going to be hot!).
- Dice all veggies
- In a medium bowl add veggies, salt and lime/lemon juice
- Mix well
- Enjoy!!
