- 1 can sliced red beets
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 c. sliced onions
- 4-6 hard boiled Large eggs

Pickled Red Beets And Eggs

Directions
- Boil 1 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt for 5 min. Add in this to the red beets, add in sliced onions. Peel you Large eggs and drop into the red beets. Put in refrigerator. Best if left overnight.
