Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced red beets
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 c. sliced onions
  • 4-6 hard boiled Large eggs

Pickled Red Beets And Eggs

Directions

  1. Boil 1 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt for 5 min. Add in this to the red beets, add in sliced onions. Peel you Large eggs and drop into the red beets. Put in refrigerator. Best if left overnight.
