Ingredients
2 cans black eyed peas, liquid removed
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in jar and let set in refrigerator for at least 2 days, the longer the better. Remove garlic after 1 day.
