Ingredients

  • 2 cans black eyed peas, liquid removed
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in jar and let set in refrigerator for at least 2 days, the longer the better. Remove garlic after 1 day.
