Ingredients
- 2 cans black eyed peas, liquid removed
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
- Mix all ingredients in jar and let set in refrigerator for at least 2 days, the longer the better. Remove garlic after 1 day.
