- 16 ounces Spaghetti
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1/2 lemon (juice only)
- handful of fresh basil
- s & p to taste
- drizzle olive oil
- 3 tablespoons crushed fresh pecans
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- garnish of sprinkling of parmesan and crushed pecans

Pesto~Garlic~Pecan Pasta
Time: 11 minutes prep, 8 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- Boil Pasta as per box instructions, drain
- In a food processor add, parsley, garlic cloves, basil, s &p, drizzle olive oil, lemon, run to incorporate ingredients
- Pour over warm pasta, toss gently, garnish with shavings of parmesan, chopped pecans, sprinkling of grated parmesan
- Plate and serve.
