  • 1 1/2 oz. (jigger) Extra dry gin
  • 1/4 jigger Dry vermouth
  • 1/4 jigger Sweet Italian vermouth

Directions

  1. In shaker, add ice. Very gently pour in the gin (so as to not bruise the gin). Pour in the dry vermouth. Pour in the sweet Italian vermouth. Stir gently (so as to not bruise the cocktail). Strain into a Martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry, or a cocktail onion, or a green Spanish olive, or lemon zest twist. Sip and enjoy! Please Note: Freeze the Martini or cocktail glasses several hours before serving.
