Directions

  1. Mix crushed Oreo cookies and 1/2 stick melted butter together. Press in 9x13 inch pan and freeze.
  2. Take 1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream softened and spread over cookie mix. Freeze. Heat 1 c. chocolate chips with 1/2 stick butter. Cold slightly and add in 1 c. powdered sugar and 3/4 c. Pet lowfat milk. Spread over ice cream. Top with 9 ounce. Cold Whip. Top with colored sprinkles. 24 servings.
