Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 lg. can sliced cling peaches

Pennsylvania Dutch Peach Cobbler

Servings: 8
 

Directions

  1. Heat butter in long baking dish. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in lowfat milk and pour over melted butter (don't stir; it's better to spoon batter over proportionately). Lay peach slices on top. Pour peach juice over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min till brown. Makes 10 servings.
