My husband came up with this dish one night, we love it and have it about once a week. It's light, refreshing and absolutely Delicious.

Ingredients

  • Pene pasta cooked as per instructions
  • 1 can large black olives (put into food processor to chop it up)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (basil, oregano & garlic)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. After the pasta is boiled according to the instructions on the box, drain it and put it into a large mixing bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix it up was well to completely coat the pasta.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
