Wonderful way to fix pork, steak, or chicken!!

Directions

  1. Trim excess fat from pork chops.
  2. Place butter and pork chops in crockpot.
  3. I have also baked these in a 375 degree oven
  4. Combine brown sugar, ground ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, salt & pepper.
  5. Pour mixture over meat in crockpot.
  6. Cook, covered, on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until tender.
  7. Season with: salt & pepper (optional)
  8. Serve with: steamed white rice (we like jasmine rice) and/or Chinese noodles also rameon noodles works well
