Pear and Walnut Salad

An easy-does it salad perfect for fresh pear season! Low calorie, low fat, and a nice luncheon salad alternative.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 fresh Bartlet pear
  • 2 tablespoons diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons toasted walnuts chopped
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lite Raspberry Walnut Dresssing (purchased ready-to-serve)

Directions

  1. Arrange salad greens on plate.
  2. Pare, core and slice pear in large pieces and place on top of greens.
  3. Sprinkle celery, green onions and walnuts over pears and top with feta cheese.
  4. Serve with dressing.
