  • 2 tablespoons quick grits
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • sweeten to taste (use any sweetener you like ex. sugar,honey, Splenda)
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Combine 1/2 cup cold water and 2 tbsp.grits in a 2-cup microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Stir ingredients.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Remove from microwave stirring ingredients.
  5. Add 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter and 1tsp. cocoa powder
  6. Stir mixture adding desired amount of sweetener and serve.
