A super delicious treat with peanut butter, jelly and hot peanuts.

Goes Well With: sports drink, punch

Ingredients

  • Iceberg
  • Peanutbutter
  • Strawberry Fruit Spread-no sugar
  • Hot Seasoned Peanuts [BBQ]
  • Sea Salt
  • Spread one stack of lettuce leaves with the 1&2
  • topping, add the BBQ peanuts
  • Top with second stack of lettuce leaves, salt top and bottom of outside of sandwich.

Directions

  1. Layer peanut butter on several layers of lettuce, say 4 or so leaves
  2. Add strawberry spread
  3. Add the BBQ peanuts
  4. Put three or four more leaves of lettuce on this
  5. Squeeze this together and salt slightly on both outsides of the wrap
