Peanut Pie A La Tale Of The Whale Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 ounce Cheese, Cream, softened
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter, creamy
- 9 ounce Cold Whip
- 1/4 c. Peanuts, salted, finely minced
- 1 c. Confectioner's sugar, 10X
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 9 x " Graham cracker crust, baked and cooled
Directions
- Whip cheese till soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add in lowfat milk, blending thoroughly into mix. Fold topping into mix. Pour into baked pie shell. Sprinkle with minced peanuts. Freeze till hard, and serve. Can be refrozen if not used immediately. Wrap in sealing wrap to maintain freshness.
