Peanut Miso Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter, preferably organic
- 1 Tbsp. blond or possibly yellow miso
- 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
Directions
- MAKES 1/2 C. DAIRY-FREE
- This luscious dressing will please any peanut butter fan.
- In blender, combine all ingredients. Add in 1/2 c. water and blend till smooth.
