Peanut Butter Pinwheel Candy Recipe

Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 lb powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. cool unseasoned, mashed potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter
- Â Â Peanut butter
Directions
- Mix sugar, potatoes, and butter till forms a soft ball. Roll out on waxed paper to 1/4 inch thick. Spread generously with peanut butter and roll up jelly-roll style. Wrap in wax paper and chill 2 to 3 hrs or possibly till hard sufficient to slice. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Place on wax paper.
