Peanut Butter Pie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 chocolate pie crust-pre-made
  • 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large package instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 small container cool whip
  • 8 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup-chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Spread into the pie crust. make pudding as directed on package. Let set for about 5-10 minutes then spread over the peanut butter filling. Refrigerate until hard (about 1 hour). Then top with the cool whip and sprinkle with the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
