peanut butter no bake cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- add butter, sugar and milk to heavy bottomed pot
- bring to a boil and boil for 1 min while stirring
- take opt off heat and mix in peanut butter, vanilla and oats
- use spoon to scoop out onto wax paper and let cool
