  • Ice Cream
  • 1 cup cashews (soaked 2-4 hours)
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup water (as needed)
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 Tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
  • 1 Tbsp yacon syrup (optional, but nice alternative)
  • 2 Tbsp honey (or agave)
  • 1/2 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1/2 tsp mesquite powder
  • 3 drops Vanilla Medicine Flower Extract (or pinch vanilla bean powder)
  • 2 Tbsp melted cacao butter
  • 1 tsp Sunflower lecithin (and emulsifier)
  • Fudge Ripple
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 Tbsp cacao butter, melted
  • 2 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp yacon syrup (agave or honey)
  • 2 drops Dark Chocolate Medicine Flower Extract(or 1 tsp chocolate exract)
  • water as needed to thin
