Ingredients
- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 9 inch baked pie shell
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (3 ounce.) box custard mix
- 1 c. whipping cream

Peanut Butter Custard Pie
Servings: 8
Directions
- Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar till crumbly (reserve 1/4 c. to put on top of pie). Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mix into baked pie shell. Prepare custard filling with lowfat milk according to package directions. Pour into shell; refrigeratetill set. Beat cream till stiff; spread on top of pie. Sprinkle with reserved peanut butter mix. Serve chilled. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
