Peanut butter cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 c milk
- 5 ml/ 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, dissolved in the milk
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 lb (125g) butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups flour
Directions
- Oven: 180*C/ 350*F
- Mix and cream butter, peanut butter, eggs and sugar until light
- Add milk and flour and don't over mix.
- Form sausages to fit into your cookie press
- Press cookies on an absolutely grease free cookie sheet
- Pop into a preheated oven
- Bake until cooked. Aout 15 minutes, depeniding on the thickness of the cookies
- Cool for 3-4 min remove and cool on a wire cooling rack
- Alternatively, roll small thumblike balls, place balls on the baking sheet, and press slightly down using a fork, proceed as before.
